Chelsea and Michael were a fun-loving couple- so it’s no wonder they chose the Hard Rock Orlando to host their intimate destination wedding. Hailing from Ohio, Chelsea and Michael, along with their closest friends and family, made their way to Orlando to say “I Do” in a fun, intimate ceremony.

May Showers…

So it goes in Florida, in May no less, the ceremony was originally planned to take place in front of the Hard Rock’s Guitar Fountain but later moved inside to avoid inclement weather. Don’t worry, it was just as beautiful in the Apollo Ballroom!

See You In The Movies!

Chelsea and Michael decided to leave their first look for the aisle, building up the excitement and anticipation. Neville’s Waltz, from Harry Potter, filled the ballroom with beautiful melodies as  Chelsea and her bridal party walked down the aisle. Chelsea and Michael’s ceremony was intimate but mighty. Aside from Neville’s Waltz, moving songs from Jurassic Park and Indiana Jones (among others) filled the ballroom and showcased this couple’s edgy personality.

Will You ‘Bro Stance’ With Me?

After exchanging vows, Chelsea and Michael sealed their love with a kiss and ended the ceremony with an epic “bro stance.” Definitely was an epic moment for us as well! With “bro stances” complete, the couple was whisked away for pictures. The newlyweds snapped a couple pics’ with family as well as the bridal party. By this time, the rain had finally stopped- allowing for some rockstar portraits!

Simple yet – Stunning!

While this wedding was kept simple, evoking the couple’s laid-back style, the details were stunning! Chelsea worked a blush wedding gown that matched her pink bouquet. Her bridesmaids wore a mix of short, blue dresses- which kept things fun and casual. Michael wore blue slacks with a white button-up shirt, paired with a pink bow-tie. How dapper! Michael also donned a complimentary boutonniere, and next to it- he wore a guitar pin that belonged to his grandmother. Michael’s groomsmen also wore blue slacks with a white button-up shirt, but instead of pink- they sported blue bow-ties. Now, it wouldn’t have been Chelsea and Michael’s wedding if there weren’t fun socks involved. He and his groomsmen wore amusing socks and matching sneakers to show off their personalities.

You’re Invited To Our Rockin’ Tea Party!

The newlyweds transformed the Velvet Lounge into a Rockstar Tea Party! How cool is that? The tea party included: brunch, mimosas, a champagne toast, and a cake cutting ceremony. This cake-cutting was one to remember… They both opted to smash the sweet treat into each other’s faces! If it wasn’t clear before, it certainly is now- this couple came to celebrate! Surrounded by love, joy, and laughter Chelsea and Michael soaked in every delighted moment of their special day.
