Why not start your happily ever after where all the magic happens? Brittany and Jeff exchanged their vows at the ever-so-stunning Four Seasons Resort Orlando. The Four Seasons set the stage for the couple’s blush & neutral wedding that was simple – yet wonderful.
Hot Pink Heels and Glenfiddich
Brittany wore a gorgeous gown by Marina Del Pilar from Minerva’s Bridal. The gown was embellished with delicate beading on the bodice that complemented its classic fit, sweetheart neckline, and extended train. Brittany’s accessories were minimal but were very near and dear to her heart. She donned a matching bracelet & necklace set that was given to her by her mother, who originally received it as a gift from Brittany’s late father. Wanting to add a pop of her favorite color, Brittany sported a pair of hot pink heels.
Jeff and his groomsmen each wore a classic black tux from Generation Tux, paired with black ties- keeping things simple and sophisticated. Brittany’s bridesmaids were dressed in an array of blush gowns to accent the couple’s wedding colors.
The “getting ready” portion of the day was much more like a party! While the girls and the super adorable Gatsby Grace (future flower girl) were getting their hair & make-up done, the boys were living it up and celebrating with a few pre-ceremony shots of Glenfiddich.
Once the couple was dolled up, respectively, they came together for their First Look. It was a true “awww” moment. We were smitten with the genuine excitement Jeff displayed as he turned around and saw his Bride. And with that, it was time for them to part ways once more, only to meet up again at the altar.
The “Paw-fect” Flower Girl
The ceremony was set on the Four Seasons’ King’s Lawn. A string quartet added to the magic with their beautifully played harmonies. Four mesmerizing floral arrangements set atop wrought iron pedestals formed the altar, and as the couple exchanged their vows, Brittany’s mother had a special treat for them: a live painting of the ceremony. Every detail of the ceremony was perfectly captured in the painting.
As mentioned, Gatsby Grace helped make her humans day that much more special by acting as the flower girl. She was “paw-fect!” Her caretakers for the night, pet sitters from Fairytale Pet Care, couldn’t get enough of her and neither could we!
A Reception In Wonderland
Brittany and Jeff’s reception was breathtaking. The back wall of the ballroom was decorated with “braided” pipe & drape panels, elegantly transforming the space. The tables were dressed with ivory linens, pink champagne napkins, silver Chiavari chairs, and an assortment of high-low floral centerpieces. Each arrangement was comprised of white, ivory, blush, taupe spray, and quicksand roses, as well as, eucalyptus foliage. Mercury glass votives dotted the tables with warm, romantic candlelight while the ballroom was painted with soft, blush uplighting. The cake received special lighting of its own, to highlight the three-tier inspired replica of Harry & Meghan’s wedding cake.
Brittany and Jeff’s opted for a head table, as opposed to a sweetheart table, and dressed it in Champagne Lamour linen, silver Chiavari chairs, a garland of eucalyptus sprinkled with floral, mercury glass votives, and metallic fluted vases.
As a nod to Alice in Wonderland, characters from the film were used as table numbers, and a double-heart structure made from moss acted as the seating chart with keys used as escort cards.
Keeping in line with their family traditions, Brittany and Jeff had a cookie table- The “Pittsburgh Cookie Table” was a hit!
Guests were eagerly waiting for the couple’s introduction which led to a choreographed first dance to the tune of Michael Jackson’s “The Way You Make Me Feel.”It left everyone itching to get out on the dance floor!
As with most fun evenings, the night flew by. Between the toasts, cake cutting, and moves being busted out on the dance floor- the evening was infused with joy and laughter. Brittany and Jeff’s friends & family bid them adieu with a sparkler send-off, but not before the two shared one last dance- just the two of them. #battleacrosswonderland
We are still in awe of Brittany and Jeff’s wedding. From the beautiful color palette and decor to the choreographed first dance and the most paw-fect flower girl- we loved this spectacular wedding!
We wish Brittany and Jeff a lifetime of happiness and we hope they have a magical life together. Cheers to the newlyweds- enjoy a shot of Glenfiddich for us! #xoxo peacocksquad
