Jess and Dan's Tented Wedding at Casa Feliz

There is something special about an outdoor wedding; the unparalleled beauty of a lakefront garden, the backdrop of stunning sunsets or in this case; the gorgeous courtyard of Casa Feliz. This beautifully restored Spanish Farmhouse is located in the heart of Winter Park. Lets face it Florida’s weather can be unpredictable; sometimes the best course of action is to have the wedding tented. Since Jess and Dan are already married, this was their chance to pull out all the stops. They were not taking any chances for their special day and decided to tent their outdoor fairytale wedding.

Their wedding was absolutely gorgeous. The couple chose a tent with transparent top, which allowed for the natural light to come in. Market lights strung overhead, giving that extra bit of light, setting the perfect atmosphere when the sun went down. Elegant tones of pink, aquamarine, white and gold adorned the room, helping to set a soft and romantic mood. While the live band kept the party going all night, the S’mores station stole the hearts of all the guests, as they were able to toast their own marshmallows.
Live band, natural light, a light color pallet, and French country chairs all combined to make the reception and ceremony sites look as if they were straight out of a romance movie or a Disney fairytale. There were even lanterns and garlands to give it that little extra charm. This outdoor tented wedding was truly one for the ages.
