Lauren and Brett's Romantic Wedding at Cypress Grove

Cypress Grove Estate House is set on the side of Lake Jessamine, it created the romantic feel for Lauren and Brett’s gorgeous wedding. The wedding was emotional, romantic, and tons of fun. With its southern charm, the venue was simply gorgeous, it is hard to beat. From the lakeside gazebo, brick paved walkways, romantic spanish moss, and market lights, the amphitheater the Estate House is the perfect wedding venue for those couples seeking a romantic outdoor affair.

Lauren and Brett’s love for each other was clear for all to see on their beautiful fall wedding day. The outdoor ceremony was picturesque, Lake Jessamine was a radiant natural backdrop for their wedding ceremony, and the cypress trees surrounding the estate, looked like a secret forest had opened up just for this event.

In her mermaid lace dress Lauren was absolutely stunning; her bridesmaids looked fresh and beautiful in their sage green dresses. The groom and his groomsmen looked quite dapper in their beige suits. Unlike most couples they chose not to do a “First Look” instead they did a little something we like to called “First Touch”. It was simply a sweet moment they will always be able to treasure. Corn hole was provided during cocktail hour to keep the guests entertained.

After a sweet, romantic ceremony, it was time to celebrate the couple’s nuptials. Their first dance was simply magical as they sway away to the romantic lyrics of the song “Perfect” by Ed Sheeran under a bliss of romantic lights. It was a breathtaking moment they shared surrounded by family and friends.

Their reception was coordinated perfectly, with a soft color palette reflected across the entire space. The table decor was kept simple, yet classic with a dash of southern charm. Instead of the traditional tiered wedding cake, Lauren and Brett decided on one tier and mini cupcakes. To go with the
design of the wedding they bought a three tiered wooden stand to display the cake and cupcakes.

With the perfect starry sky in place, Rhythm of the Night Entertainment drew guests onto the dance floor for a night of fun and laughter. The wedding southern essence of nostalgia and romance was captured by The Richards; they beautifully photographed every timeless moment for the newlyweds to cherish. These two lovebirds were just too cute throughout the night, love filled the air. A grand sparklers exit was the perfect way to send the newly weds off onto their new journey as husband and wife.
