Susanna and Michael were married in a beautiful wedding ceremony at St. James Catholic Church, followed by a grand reception at Maison & Jardin. The day started with the bridal party getting ready at the Embassy Suites Orlando North in Altamonte Springs where the Bride and her Bridal party had hair and makeup done by Laura Reynolds Artistry. The Bride wore a Sottero & Midgley Gown and the Bridal Party wore J. Crew. The Groom and Groomsmen wore traditional black tuxes from BlackTux.com.
Country Club Flowers provided gorgeous bouquets of coral roses, pink strawberry shortcake Mokara Orchid, tulips and assorted pink and peach spray roses. The Guys wore boutonnieres of succulents.
The bridal party arrived at St. James Cathedral in a black excursion limo while Susanna and her father arrived in her fathers corvette. After the ceremony the couple stopped to do some photos at the Winter Park Farmers Market and the Rose Garden, so naturally we had to get a picture at the peacock fountain.
The reception at the Maison & Jardin started with cocktails on the terrace, light background music by Marc Burgess Productions. Once doors opened the guests walked into the vintage Main Ballroom with Ivory Linens , Gold Chaivari Chairs, and Amber lighting. The bridesmaids bouquets were re-purposed as centerpieces and places in Cut Glass Vases along with some assorted votive candles. The couple optioned for a plated dinner option of chicken, beef or vegetarian with the perfect ending…a Publix Wedding Cake and Grooms Cake. DJ Chris had the crowd on the dancefloor all night. The wine room was the photo area where guests could leave a video message and leave some goofy photos for the bride and groom.
Of course the day wouldn’t be complete without a Sparkler Exit!
