In anticipation of Engagement Season, I had the pleasure of visiting two Orlando wedding venues I hadn’t had the pleasure of seeing before. Both very different and unique for any type of couple. Today we are featuring Orange County Regional History Center and Mission Inn Resort & Club.
Orange County Regional History Center is located in the heart of Downtown Orlando at 65 East Central Blvd. Orlando, FL 32801. The History Center has so many unique spaces available to choose from to personalize your wedding day. As you walk up to the History Center you walk through the beautiful Heritage Square Courtyard where couples can hold their wedding ceremony. Not keen on an outdoor space, no worries check out Courtroom B, this courtroom was built in 1927 and can be used for Wedding Ceremonies, Rehearsal Dinners, or Cocktail Hour. The Ballroom is where most of the magic happens, included in the rental fee of the are the uplights that can be changed to any color you wish. If you are looking to celebrate your wedding the entire weekend you must check out Mission Inn Resort & Club. This European inspired Resort is located in Howey in the Hills, an spans over 1,100 acres and offers accommodations, dining, golf, spa, trap and skeet shooting, tennis, swimming and boating. Its many plazas, restaurants and ballrooms are perfect for celebrating all of your wedding events. The plazas are popular for ceremonies or cocktail hour and can accommodate a small intimate wedding of 20 guests to over 300.
